Vimeo, the user video website, has been updated and now uses HTML5 at its core instead of Adobe’s Flash. This is yet another blow to the chest of Adobe.

With YouTube, Vimeos competitor, using both Flash and HTML5, other video sites are going to have to compete and stay current. With Vimeo and YouTube both realizing the massive sales of iPads they both want that share of users and so will smaller competitors, thus forcing Flash out of the picture, while slowly, it is happening.

What do you all think, is thus another blow to Adobe or just a flesh wound?
