According to the Sprint Community page, the HTC EVO will be finally begin shipping to customers who pre-ordered the device online, on or around Thursday, May 24th (i.e. 3 days). As for a national rollout, the Now Network says they’ll post more details as soon as possible.

It looks like the ITC has release at least some of the HTC devices from their death grip or Sprint is about to ship devices they have had in their possession prior to the block from the ITC. With nothing being said about the One X for AT&T, it may be the latter of the two.
