Like a few other sites, we’ve just received our “save the date” to a press event being thrown by Samsung on October 24th in New York City. As you can clearly see by the email we’ve received, the “S-Pen” is clearly being shown off, which indicates this event will focus on the announcement of the Galaxy Note II and it’s U.S. launch plans.
While this event does not signal the device will launch at the same time, we should have a clear answer as to when the “phablet” will arrive on U.S. Shores after the event is over and hopefully some hands-ons.
