Samsung denied appeal in Galaxy Tab 10.1 banning

You win some and you lose some, it’s a life lesson we’ve all been tought since we were kids, still, losing sucks, no matter how old you are and Samsung is learning that all over again. Last week, Judge Lucy Koh placed a ban on the Galaxy Tab 10.1 in the U.S., and shortly after that, the Galaxy Nexus, the Flagship Android device, also received a banning, one that has been temporarily lifed. Samsung tried to appeal the banning on its tablet, but it was a no go. The U.S. Court of Appeals rejected Samsung, effectively leaving the “ban hammer” in place.

Looks like Apple finally managed to get one to stick. It’ll be interesting to see how Samsung handles the situation going forward, either way, we’ll cover it. But I have to be honest, I’m getting real tired of these lawsuits and “bans.” While I understand Apple’s position, wanting to protect their designs and innovations, I just wish it was as simple as getting Samsung or whomever, to just make a change instead of all this drama in the courts.
