Samsung announces the availability of Muse, a music companion to its Galaxy S line

Samsung has announced the U.S. availability of its Galaxy S music companion device, called the Galaxy Muse. Think of the Muse like an iPod shuffle (at least in size and the fact that it has a built on clip) that can sync with your Galaxy S III or Note II. The Muse is a standalone MP3 player, that can provide up to 6 hours of music and features 4GB of internal storage. The Muse also utilizes Samsung’s own SoundAlive audio technology, with allows users to hear reach deep base and enhanced sound quality.

The Muse is unique, in that you don’t need to connect to a PC to transfer songs onto its internal storage. Users can simply download the Muse sync app via the Google Play store onto their Galaxy S III or Note II. Once downloaded, users connect the Muse to their Galaxy device via a USB to 3.5mm headphone jack cable and transfer over all their favorite music.
