Rumor: A Galaxy S III Mini to be revealed next week in Germany

Here’s a rumor to take with a grain of salt, according to an invite that Samsung has been sending out (below), which invites attendees to an event on October 11, we may see Sammy introduce a smaller Galaxy S III. If you examine the invite below, which is written in German, you’ll notice the “S” in the background that Samsung typically uses for its Galaxy S line. With the invite being decoded to read:

“Something small will be really big. Get ready for a little sensation.”

It’s easy to see how people are jumping to conclusions, it would be nice to see Samsung make a smaller Galaxy S III, as some folks believe the 4.8-inch display is just to big. Sadly, I can’t find the tweet, that I wrote a while back, that said once Apple releases a 4-inch iPhone, and the public eats it up, watch other OEM’s go back to making devices with smaller displays (4 – 4.3-inches). I’d love to see a 4.3-inch Galaxy S III, with a thinner bezel, especially width wise, so that it feels better in my hands. I would sell my pebble blue Galaxy S III for a smaller version in a heartbeat. I really enjoy the Galaxy S III experience, but when you carry two phones all the time, pocket space become an issue. My new iPhone 5 is barely noticeable and I think a smaller, thinner 4.3-inch Galaxy S III would be a perfect match.
I’m keeping my fingers crossed, anyone else?
