While we’ve seen a report that claimed the HTC Vigor would be renamed the Incredible HD and have an expected release date of October 13, now RadioShack, assuming this new screenshot is for real, is showing their own date as of October 20th. Oddly, the RadioShack leak still lists the phone as the Vigor. So we have some conflicting reports, but in either case we should be expecting the Vigor/Incredible HD sometime in mid-October.
Here’s the real question, with HTC Vigor’s 720p display, Beats Audio and LTE…will it outshine the iPhone 5? Odds are…no. Despite having all that luxury, the iPhone will still be the talk of the town to 90% of America, while hardcore smartphone fans will pick the Vigor.
