Today rumors have started to swirl that Sprint and T-Mobile have been having on again off again discussions about a possible Sprint takeover of the Deutsche Telecom company. Not all details are concrete right now but apparently on hang up is the worth of the US branch, aka T-Mobile. If this merger were to take place it would combine the nations 3rd and 4th largest carriers into one. “In general, all options are open in the U.S. — the sale of the whole business or of parts,” Deutsche Telekom Chief Financial Officer Timotheus Hoettges...

According to Engadget, this next bit of news/rumors has me all excited. It appears as though Sprint has been saving its lineup for CTIA in March for it’s big product reveal. Much like last year where the HTC EVO was first shown off, it again appears that Sprint will be showing off the EVOs true successor called the EVO 3D. I spoke of the rumored EVO 3D back in February when the world was trying to guess what the mystery phone was going to be at Sprint’s Feb. 7th press conference. While that announcement turned out to be the...

It would appear from the picture above, from 9to5Mac.com, that Apple is going to attempt to release a white iPad. This is assuming that they don’t run into the same problems that has prevented them from releasing the white iPhone 4. The picture above looks to be very similar to previously found images of the black bezel pictured below. The bezels look to to...

So a user on the Motorola Support Forums asked the question regarding “Rooted” units and the “free” LTE upgrade that Motorola promises will come later this spring. The Moto rep clearly states that a rooted XOOM will not be eligible for the free upgrade. But in the same thread another rep clarified the situation by stating as long as the XOOM...

BGR.com has posted a rumor based on a story out of the “Times of London” that Apple’s Senior VP of Industrial Design, Jonathan “Jony” Ive is looking to cash out his options, worth an estimated 30 million dollars, and move his family back to England. The...

So the guys over at Engadget.com have posted a few pics from Verizon’s internal website showing a new HTC device with a code name of “HTC63503″ and another labeled “INCRD2.” As they said, if you put two and two together this could very well be the sequel to the popular Droid incredible,  but will it be a new phone we have yet to see, the Incredible 2 or that HTC mystery phone with no buttons on the face? For more and pics, hit the link below. [Sourc Engadget] ...

The guys over at MacRumors have posted some great info on the developer preview of the upcoming Mac OSX Lion. Lion is going to be a merging of sorts of OS X and iOS, with new features like Mission Control, Launchpad (think iPad view of Apps), full screen apps, new touch gestures and support for higher res screens.   While the final version won’t be available...

Today Sprint made the announcement confirming speculation from its Tweets earlier this week that it will bring a new phone with “hubs”. That phone, the HTC Arrive, is a Windows Phone 7 device. The Arrive is basically a variant of the HTC 7 Pro and will feature a 3.6” WVGA touchscreen, a 1GHz Snapdragon processor, 16GB of internal storage, a 5MP shooter with...

So the The Loop (loopinsight.com) has gotten its invite to an Apple press conference on March 2nd. The invite shows an iOS “calendar” icon showing the 2nd and peeling away to show the corner of an iPad (can’t tell if it is a 1st gen or not). The event will be held in the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts at 10:00 am. Apple has previously used this location...
