Rumors of a smaller iPad have become annoying than Justin Bieber. We’ve been hearing the rumors years now and so far, we’ve had nothing to show for it. Except for now, GottaBeMobile, the same site that just broke an exclusive on the iPhone 5 engineering sample, has now gotten its hands on a rumored case for the new smaller iPad. Again, is it real? We don’t know, but it sure matches previous rumors and size descriptions. One thing that you’ll notice in the photo above, is that it looks like this smaller iPad will use the new, smaller dock connector that’s been rumored to be used on the iPhone 5. Even the speaker grills match that of the iPhone 5, according to the leaked images we’ve already seen. Below is the case, resting on top of a current iPad, showing a much smaller and narrow design.
