Well, Office Depot did it, then Staples and Costco, now Motorola has officially sent out the tweet, the Motorola XOOM, the Honeycomb flagship device is now $499.99 for the 16GB wifi model. Below is the tweet by Motorola announcing the new price drop.
Could this be because of stiff competition from the Asus Transformer at $399 and the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 for $499? Sure looks that way? So what do you all think, would you lean more to the XOOM than the Transformer or Tab 10.1?
