While the hot ticket from Nokia my now be the Lumia 900 with its 4.3-inch Clearblack AMOLED display, but in case you wanted a unlocked option, how about the Lumia 800?

The Lumia 800 which has been on sale in Europe, as well as in other eastern countries, will now become available through Microsoft retails locations. While the Microsoft retail locations aren’t as plentiful as say the Apple retail store locations, it’s still nice to see Microsoft attempting to push these Nokia devices, after all, Nokia did bet the farm on Microsoft’s OS.

Keep in mind, the Lumia 800 is a GSM phone, so it won’t work on Verizon or Sprint’s CDMA network, but it will work on both AT&T and even T-Mobile, despite the fact that the FCC only certified the device to work on AT&T’s bands.

In the event you don’t have a Microsoft retail location near you (check here to see their locations), you can always just import the phone for roughly the same price and get one of the varied colors.
