HTC has been pretty popular in the news of recent handsets. Two days ago we told you about the HTC Edge which is supposed to be the worlds first quad-core smart phone. Now there’s evidence of a new device called the HTC Ville, that’s to be released in April 2012. This device is super thin and resembles the face of the Galaxy nexus with no capacitive buttons. This makes it easy to assume that it will be running Android 4.0, ICS. This device is also supposed to be equipped with Sense 4.0 as well.

The HTC Ville will have a nice 4.3-inch qHD Super AMOLED display, while powered by a 1.5GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor. The device will sport an 8-megapixel backside-illuminated camera (just like the HTC Edge), have 1080p HD video capability and most likely Beats audio. The device is rumored to be thinner than the iPhone at less than 8mm thick but wont feature NFC (Near Field Communication).

The device will come standard with a 1650mAh battery while supporting HSPA+.
