Google puts up Jelly Bean statue on GooglePlex property, signals update is ready!

Google’s colorful lawn ornaments, designed after the name of the update, have now grown by one more, a clear bowl full of jelly beans, that for some reason have spilled out onto the grass. It has become customary, since Android 1.5 (cupcake), that after the completion of an Android update, Google commissions a statue to be built for the their lawn at the GooglePlex headquarters.

So if anyone was in doubt that the next version of Android (4.1) would be named after the little gummy treats, here’s your proof. It’s almost a 100% certainty that we’ll be seeing the new version of Android in action tomorrow at Google I/O in San Francisco, with this version being a mere .1 update and not full number update, we don’t expect a major overhaul, like the one that happened between Gingerbread and Ice Cream Sandwich.

All I can say is bring it on, I’m so tired of having to type the words Ice Cream Sandwich, Jelly Bean is shorter and easier to type, they better leave the three worded codenames in past.

Also, why’s the black jelly bean left  in the grass, all by its lonesome self? Why doesn’t anyone like the liquorice jelly beans…why?
