Who has used Foursquare before? If you didn’t raise your hand that’s okay, I was in your shoes a few months ago. Foursquare is a great application that allows you and your friends to check in to places, discover new restaurants and venues, and even save your self a few bucks with coupons and savings (some locations have promotional coupons for checking in to their location on Foursquare).
Now Foursquare is implementing restaurant menus too. So when you and your friends are looking for a place to eat you can also look at the menu before you decide (some menus also include pricing). If what I said before wasn’t enough for you to try Foursquare, this should be. There are already 13,000,000 menu items at almost 250,000 restaurants in major U.S. cities with many, many more on the way.
Foursquare states:
Menus are currently available at foursquare.com and m.foursquare.com (and, developers, you can also get them through our API), and will be coming soon to all our apps.
So there you have it, Check out how Foursquare decided to implement menus. Heres a sneak peek…
