When AT&T announced that they would be the first carrier in the U.S. to carry the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S4, they received a lot of attention and not in a good way. Early this week, T-Mobile announced they will begin selling the Galaxy S4 on May 1st for only $99 down (assuming you’re approved) and $20 a month for 24 months.
