AT&T, just one of Samsung’s partners, has announced that they’ll be selling the Galaxy Note II on November 9th for the higher than normal price of $299.99 (on contract). The Galaxy Note II is after all bigger and more powerful than Samsung’s Galaxy S III, which already sells for $199.99 (on contract), so it does make sense, at least economically, but will consumers agree?
If this is the device you’ve been waiting for and you can’t wait to get your hands on it, then pre-ordering may be the next best thing. AT&T says they’ll open their website for pre-orders this Thursday for eager customers. The Galaxy Note II is the successor to the surprise hit of last year, the Galaxy Note. The Note II will come with a 5.5-inch display, up slightly over its predecessor. It will also feature LTE, a quad-core processor and of course, the S-Pen which is powered by Wacom. Beginning Nov. 9 customers interested in picking up a Samsung Galaxy Note® II will be able to purchase one for $299.99 with a two-year agreement in all AT&T* stores and online. Online pre-orders for this highly anticipated device are planned for Oct. 25 at www.att.com/galaxynoteii.

The Galaxy Note II will run on AT&T’s 4G LTE network.
