It seems like Samsung’s newest flagship device, the Galaxy S III, is stealing all the attention when it comes to Android news and rightfully so, with its 4.8-inch Super AMOLED HD display, 8-megapixel camera with excellent picture taking software, slim design and 4G LTE support (with the exception of T-Mobile, who’ll get HSPA+ 42Mbps).
We already new that some carriers had already begun to take pre-order as of yesterday and that the device should be available on June 21st, but now, it appears that AT&T will begin to ship their devices on on June 18th. So if you’ve already orders yours, depending on your location, you may receive your device before the 21st.
The Galaxy S III for AT&T will come with 16GB of internal storage (no mention of a 32GB model, yet) and aside from 4G LTE, it will also support HSPA+ for when you’re not in a 4G LTE enabled area. Just one extra tidbit, if you’re still on the fence, AT&T has scored an exclusive red Galaxy S III which they’ll release sometime this summer, so it may be worth waiting, if you’re not already waiting for something else.
