Calling all Nexus S owners, well, users of the i9023 and i9020T models specifically, if you’ve been clambering for the Android 4.1.1 (Jelly Bean) update since Google I/O, start checking your device. It looks like Google has begin rolling out the update to Samsung’s first crack at a Nexus, one of my personal favorite Android devices (I miss mine).
It may take a while before the Android 4.1.1 update comes to the Sprint variation, so those of you on the Now Network, don’t hold you breath. If you lack the patience of normal person and must have the update now, assuming you own a rooted device, you can download the update from Google and use ClockWork Mod 6 to install it.
